The Role and Importance of Physical Exercise on the Aggression Level of High School Students

Introduction. The phenomenon of bullying is increasingly widespread among students and at the national level, all kinds techniques activities are being tried to combat it. Methods. In present study, we aimed measure level aggression secondary school students, who participated in a Physical Education Sports Program, held over period 6 months, with frequency 8 times/month. A number 36 aged between 11- 15 years, from rural environment, South-West Region Oltenia, enrolled same school, took part this experiment. As tool, Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) was applied, 4 scales: Aggression, Verbal Anger, Hostility. measured both before after participation sports training program. Results. results indicated lower end program, compared following training. Conclusions. Thus, physical education can be an optimal means controlling catalyst for it positive aspects behaviors.
